Site hosting change

I've moved the site to being hosted on Gitlab instead of Fastmail since Fastmail cannot deal with an influx of requests.

Is Fastmail a great hosting provider? No, but they are not meant to host sites. I used them because I use them for email and hosting a static site with them is easy. I guess if something gets popular for a bit they can't handle it.

I don't like Gitlab all that much so I'll probably move it again at some point. It will take me a while to figure out where that will be. For now Gitlab works.
